That's perfect. So you know you have your quantities right for the mini-meals. Hungry right at meal time but not starving/waiting around hungry

Pete-when you say 90-95% clean what do you mean? I'm just curious b/c I thought for a while I was cleaner than I really was. NOw I try to figure out how many meals(counting snacks) I'll have in a week so let's say 5 a day, that's 35 a week. So I can have 3.5 cheats a week. That counts missed meals, binges, processed stuff, meals that don't have protein, veg and healthy fats, etc.

It really isn't much. I usually "cheat" probably once a day and that really isn't going to cut it but I can maintain that way.

Anyone interested in logging their food in a thread? I don't know if it should be a separate thread or in the biggest loser threads. But I think that would help me stay accountable.
I'm interested. I just restarted on daily plate again. Prob should be a different thread so that those that don't want to don't have to wade through it all...

I basically think back to everything I've eaten and I figure how clean it was based on calorie/volume.

Example: If I eat clean all day, breakfast, a handful of snacks, lunch, some post lunch snacks and then eat a large unclean dinner out, I figure I'm about 75% clean for the day because that one meal was probably about 25% of the day's intake.

That being said, I might be off in my estimation since I'm not logging and I'm going by memory.

They arent the same. Egg substitutes are yellow and are normally labeled as made from real eggs. The stuff I buy at Trader Joes says it 100% pure egg whites.
I am the same as last week.
hang in there, Music! That shows the loss was not random. Maintaining is big part of the process. Stick to the good choices.

Okay, well, most the people I still haven't gotten haven't weighed in for 2+ weeks. If I still don't get anything next week, I'll delete them. Remember you have to weigh in every week!!! If you didn't report this week, you are not in the overall results right now.
