Great for rainy days or early mornings when you don't want to go outside
Pros: Small, inexpensive
Cons: Once you hit the most resistance, that's all you get
I have to admit...I love this little elliptical trainer. I was a little worried when I bought it since there were some negative reviews on Amazon but I've been using it now for maybe 8 months or so, and it's been great.
It's very small so I can tuck it in the corner of my living room or under the bed, it's quite so I don't disturb my downstairs neighbors, it's reasonably light weight so I can move it around the apartment fairly easily, and all you have to do is hop on and go. I do wish I could make the resistance settings even harder than the maximum...although, I might actually be able to tighten some bolts and get it a bit harder (I'll be looking into that). It doesn't have any place to put your hands but I actually find I can balance just fine on it.
All in all, I can get in some easy cardio for days I don't feel like going outside. I love my little elliptical and might actually get another to keep at my boyfriend's house. I'd definitely recommend it for an inexpensive trainer or if you're pressed for space.
