15 miles starting at 6:00am. Ran from the Brookhaven Marta Station to the Midtown Station and back, which covers all except maybe the final .2 of the Peachtree Road Race along the way. Lots of fun seeing runners and various running groups getting their last practice run down Peachtree before next Sunday's July 4 Peachtree Road Race.

60 points C Team!

This afternoon, in addition to the 15 miles this morning I did 3 more miles on the treadmill at Lifetime Fitness for a total of 72 points for the day.

8 mile & 3 mile runs

10 min stretch
15 min abs/core

the PRT is not somewhere to drop my morals and ethics and roll in the mud and muck and pretend those I am talking to aren't really people at all and it's alright to treat them like dirt.

77 degrees at 5:30 a.m. with 95% humidity. Mercifully, the cloud cover stayed and it was just 79 degrees at 9:30. The shorts were saturated 6 miles in. I really hate it when they drip into my socks.

Anyway, 12.25 miles, 49 points for the A Team.

3 miles on the bike first thing in the morning riding around town looking at tornado damage from Thrusday afternoon

Tried to run; very conservative [especially for me] one mile out and one mile back. I started to get protests from the drive-side just as I was coming back into the development = nope, still need MORE time off + toe raises + stretching

8 MORE miles on the bike with D'Wife, exploring downed trees and all in a different part of the Township

1x100 Pushups
30 minutes Punk-Yoga

31 points for Killer Bees
