Foot Pod for Garmin 305

Does anyone use the Foot Pod for the 305? I am considering purchasing one, for those days I can't run outside. Especially when I deploy to a combat area, I normally have a TM to run on and not a whole lot of room to run around some of the bases.

Give me your thoughts. icon_scratch.gif

I just bought one for Xmas, it was $25 on amazon.com last week as a deal of the day!!!!!!! I can give you a report after Xmas, unless you are impatient. There was a recent review of gps's in a running magazine lately-- it was either Trailrunner or Runners world and it reviewed the foot pods as well.

I do pretty much all my training on a TM because of my work schedule. I got the foot pod the same day I got the Garmin. It is easy to calibrate and it seems to be pretty accurate.
