Hi gang! Back from vacation Wednesday night, but super tired yesterday so didn't do much of anything. Banff was AMAZING! We plan on going back at another time so we can hike and see more! Got up this morning to Zwift in virtual Tokyo, as it's a work at work day. This DST has me all messed up ...wake up way too early! At any rate, 22 miles in the hour on a group ride.
