Whiskey Run

So I bought this new nalgene water flask:

I like its flat shape.

I took it with me on my grueling seven mile run today and while I took a slug off of it, it occured to me it looks just like those flasks that heavy drinkers carry around with them full of liquor.

Does it go into a fuel belt, or do you carry it in your hand?

I guess it's for your "special blend" of Gatorade. :D

ohhhh, have never seen those. That looks pretty nifty, easier to carry.

I carry it in my fuel belt which is more of a lumbar pack which is really just a fanny pack in hiding because once you start wearing one of those there ain't nowhere to go but up.

It only holds 12 ounces, but it's the perfect size for the mileage I'm doing.
