Monica - way to go! (I don't remember the last time I was on the trainer... for 90 min probably never...)
2500m swim early in the morning. Slowly but surely 2500m started feeling not intimidating amount of solo swim.
And of course 6 miles. Felt yesterday's hip exercises and legs felt heavy but still pretty decent pace. I really like this sense of consistent running making a solid progress. Plan is to build up to 40mpw BEFORE starting a marathon training plan (peeking probably 65ish). I have lots of time to myself in the evening on Tuesday. May do a yoga class.
