Good Morning,

My bike ride is done and it felt pretty good. I wish my heel would get better so I could run but at least the biking is keeping  me busy.

Nice job, TW.  Take care of that injury, Johnny, and good luck with the race.  Hang in there, FB.  I'm belatedly reporting a 3-mile tempo run I did yesterday morning on an indoor track.  After a 1-mile WU, I tried to hold an 8 m/M pace but it slipped twoard the end.  My HR spent at least half of the time over 85% of max, so I must have gotten some training value from it.  Still, it would have been nicer to channel rip.
